for my ongoing corporate annihilation series I first take a well known logo and recreate it in real life, using modern tools.
step two is to desecrate the logo using primitive tools, I use a pair of old pliers a lot in this process and to this day I’m on the fence.
I mean I know cavemen didn’t have pliers, but holding a pair of pliers in your hand compared to say, an iPhone, feels pretty primitive.
I then photograph the results using a modern camera and stick it on a t-shirt so that people all over the world can stick it to the man.
I have about a hundred of these in my head and bring one to life every now and then using the process described above.
